Account Management System

Our Account Management System consists of several applications for processing different types of member or non-member transactions through a single customer account. AMS supports:

  Gift cards. Customers can purchase and redeem gift cards either locally or across properties. The cards can be purchased in specific denominations, or for an amount of the customer's choosing. Customers can reload gift cards for continued use. The system can also handle pre-sold rounds and meal plans, making it ideal for use in a full-scale resort operation.

 

Loyalty cards. AMS enables entry, management, and redemption of amounts awarded to customers who participate in loyalty programs. Redemption can be restricted at various levels, from SKU through revenue center.

  Credit book balances. AMS automates entry and management of credit book balances for clubs that offer memberships. Managers can create accounts and award values, while cashiers can perform balance inquiries and tender transactions to the accounts.

  Advance deposits. AMS handles advance deposits for banquet and group sales activities, with charges sent to Accounts Receivable through a simple interface.
