Reservation Management

  • Displays a sales script for each service, enabling the reservationist to inform the guest about service details.
  • Assigns technicians automatically using a rotation system, or allows the reservationist to accommodate gender-specific or other technician requests during the reservation process.
  • Checks availability based on technician, room, additional equipment requirements, health restrictions, existing reservation conflicts, and any service prerequisites.
  • Suggests Closest Available when no match is found during the availability search.
  • Allows the reservationist to add reservations to a wait list when necessary.
  • Enforces business rules that eliminate small gaps between appointments in a technicians schedule.
  • Displays a customized data entry window for selected services. These custom forms are used to gather information specific to a particular service, or prompt the reservationist to inform the client about special rules such as a cancellation policy.

  Look & Book

This feature bypasses the Reservation Wizard for users who prefer to select a time and technician directly. When you use Look & Book, the system displays a graphical view of technician schedules and reservations, enabling full user control of the reservation process.
